My name is Matt Littlefield a Native Floridian. My journey brought me to the Hampton Roads
when the Navy called during the events of 9/11. This pivotal moment marked the beginning of
my deep connection with this vibrant community, where I have since set roots and proudly serve
as a dedicated real estate professional.

My career began with my service as an Avionics Technician on the F-14 BUG Tomcat, where I
developed meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. Transitioning to a
civilian career, I worked as a nuclear reactor services electrician, further honing my technical
skills and problem-solving abilities.

Utilizing my GI Bill from the Navy I earned my bachelor's degree in business with a
specialization in marketing, then went on to become one of the highest producing sales reps for
a local business here in Virginia Beach. I possess a deep understanding of sales, marketing,
negotiation strategies and the ever changing and evolving real estate market.
